Why I set up Project 359

I set up Project 359 because too many people building or investing in property across the UAE end up managing design, fit-out and furnishing as three separate headaches — different companies, different standards, and nobody taking full responsibility for the finished result.

I've spent 19 years working across the built environment, delivering projects for everyone from blue-chip companies to early-stage start-ups, and the same gap kept showing up regardless of the client: everyone wanted one team they could trust with the whole project, from first concept through to handover — not a chain of subcontractors to chase and coordinate themselves.

That's why Project 359 exists as three specialist studios under one roof — Living, Workspace and Investments — sharing the same delivery standards, trade network and project management backbone. Whatever the project, the promise is simple: done right, every time.
