Project 359 — Studio 01
Residential interior design and fit-out for villas, apartments and private homes across the UAE — considered, comfortable spaces, delivered without the usual renovation stress.
What We Do
From a single room refresh to a full villa fit-out, our residential team designs, sources and delivers under one roof.
Layout, material and lighting design tailored to how your household actually uses each room.
Full fit-out delivery — joinery, flooring, ceilings, wet areas and MEP — managed on site from start to finish.
Furniture, fixtures and soft furnishings sourced, quality-checked and installed ready for move-in.
Bespoke kitchens, wardrobes and joinery, designed and built to fit the space exactly.
Full or partial home renovations, handled with minimal disruption to daily life.
Final styling, accessorising and a full clean so the home is ready to live in from day one.
How We Work
No handoffs between designer, contractor and PM — the same team carries your home from first sketch to the day you get the keys back.
Site visit, brief and mood boards, then layout and material options — so you know exactly what you're getting before anything starts.
Drawings, specs and any authority approvals sorted before work begins on site, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Full on-site delivery — joinery, MEP, finishes — managed daily, with clear, regular updates so you always know where things stand.
Final snagging, deep clean and styling, then a full walkthrough before you get the keys back to a finished home.
