Sourcing timelines depend on the market and your criteria; once a property is secured, a full refurbishment and furnishing is typically 6-12 weeks. We give you an honest programme before you commit to anything.

Do you handle permits and approvals for refurbishment work?

Yes — any permits or authority approvals needed for the refurbishment are handled in-house and built into the programme from the start.

How do you protect my budget during refurbishment?

You get a detailed scope and budget before work starts, and any variation is flagged and agreed before it happens — never buried in the final invoice.

Is there a warranty on refurbishment work?

Yes — every refurbishment carries a workmanship warranty, and we stay reachable for snagging or follow-up after completion.

What if the property doesn't rent out as expected?

Our Rental Portfolio Management service means we're managing the asset with you, not handing it over and disappearing — if performance isn't where it should be, we look at styling, pricing and positioning together.
